While products may ship from different international locations, every order is carefully processed and monitored from dispatch to delivery. We provide tracking information whenever available and work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your package arrives safely and reaches its destination. Due to the COVID-19 Global Crisis, products may take 2-5 weeks for delivery. We use North American Suppliers to accelerate shipping times and stimulate the local economy.

Processing time
The order processing time might take up to 2-4 days*. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.
Delays
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by customs, which, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.
Separate shipments
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly because we have different supply warehouse locations across the globe to get your items to you faster and while engaging in the North American Economy. This is why you will receive two or more tracking numbers. Times like this require us to buy as locally as possible, not as cheaply as possible.
Customs fees
In most cases, customs fees do not apply but you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

If your order has been shipped using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is fulfilled. Simply click on your tracking link in the email to view the up-to-date tracking information.
